- Pastor LeRoy Haenze: after Navy time and working for the Bureau of Prisons, a New Year's Eve service opened the door to hearing the call to ministry. He has been in the ministry for 26 years. He collects degrees (4), stamps and Christian tomes. He has a special place in his heart for children.
- Catherine (aka Taffy) received her MRS and married Pastor LeRoy the day after his graduation from Annapolis. She spent the next years raising their three children. She received a BA in Religion from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in 1985. (Ask her sometime how that was paid for while they had a church in reconstruction status.) She has been teaching children for 46 years--ever since a minister told her 18-month-olds couldn't learn Bible stories. Boy, did those kids prove him wrong!
